What services does Anshin Notary offer?
We provide mobile notary services, Live Scan fingerprinting, apostille processing, and FBI background checks. Our services are available at our offices and throughout Los Angeles and Beverly Hills via mobile appointments.
Where are you located?
We have two offices: one in Beverly Hills at 113 N San Vicente Blvd, and one in Los Angeles at 5211 W Adams Blvd. Both offices operate by appointment only. See location details here.
Do you accept walk-ins?
No, we do not accept walk-ins. However, same-day appointments are often available at our offices or via mobile service. Contact us to schedule.
How do I schedule an appointment?
You can schedule online at our Contact page or call us at (310) 526-0200. We respond quickly and offer flexible appointment times, including evenings and weekends.
How much does notary service cost?
We charge $20 for the first notarization during an in-office visit and $15 for each additional signature. Mobile notary services incur a travel fee based on distance.
What is a mobile notary service?
A mobile notary travels to your location to perform notarizations. Anshin Notary provides mobile notary services across Los Angeles and Beverly Hills, including for homes, offices, hospitals, and law firms. Learn more about our notary services.
What types of documents can you notarize?
We can notarize powers of attorney, real estate documents, affidavits, living trusts, medical forms, parental consents, and more. If you’re unsure, just ask—we’ll confirm if it’s eligible under California law.
What is a loan signing agent?
A loan signing agent is a notary specially trained to handle mortgage, refinance, HELOC, and other real estate loan documents. Our notaries are certified loan signing agents who ensure your documents are properly signed and notarized.
Do you offer remote online notarization (RON)?
No. RON is not currently legal in California. We offer in-person and mobile notary services instead. We continue to monitor legislative updates on this issue.
What do I need to prepare for an online notary session?
Online notary sessions are not yet legal in California. If you are located in another state where RON is permitted, we can refer you to a trusted provider. For in-person sessions, bring a valid photo ID and your document(s).
Is remote online notarization legal in my state?
RON is legal in many states but not California. If you reside elsewhere, check with your Secretary of State or contact us for guidance. We can help you determine what’s permitted and recommend options if needed.

What should I bring to my appointment?
Bring the documents to be notarized and a valid, government-issued photo ID. Some documents (like powers of attorney or grant deeds) may also require a thumbprint or witnesses. We’ll advise you on what’s needed when you schedule.
